Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) 14.3 RU3 and RU4 clients fail to install with Error 1603. Looking at C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\CurrentVersion\Data\Install\Logs\
SIS_INST.log shows the following:
