The CA Test Data Manager portal is prompting for Activation. Even if we give the company name and site id still its prompting for activation again and again.
Please help as users were not able to login to portal
If there is a change in site-id or your site-id is not enrolled for TDM component, you will get such error.

Restart the TDM portal service and login to the portal console. Login as administrator user and change the Site-id and company name details in "Telemetry Configuration" section and save the changes.
