iDash service not visible after upgrade

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading iDash service is missing and when trying to start the service through cmd get the following error:

Release : 12.1

Component : IDASH WORKLOAD AUTOMATION AE

Resolution

It seems something went wrong with the upgrade process. Restore idash backup and re-run the upgrade again.
