No Tasks Are Displayed When Selecting Tasks

Issue/Introduction

After the last upgrade, one user in particular cannot add recently assigned tasks to the timesheets.

When clicking 'Select Task' and then 'Add Task', nothing shows up.

 

 

Environment

Release : 16.0.1

 

Resolution

Check the Classic UI > Administration >  Project Management > Timesheet Options > Default Time Entry Options
and ensure the following fields are checkmarked:

Populate assigned tasks
Copy time entries from previous timesheet
