It can happen that only some TSO users get the error message :
OPS1444S Dialog Manager service 'VGET OPSLOG PROF REBUILD' error, RC=X'0010'
invoking OPSLOG from OPSVIEW Primary Menu and neither logoff/logon nor IPL make the problem go away.
How to fix it.

If the users involved in this problem, have the same logon proc/clists/rexx of the other users that don't get it, the following steps can be done in order to try to remove the error:
1. Logon TSO and go in OPSVIEW on the involved Lpar
2. Issue the commands
and check that this member is allocated to both :
(or any other unique dataset name for that user, so accessed only by that user).
3. Rename all the OPBOPRxx members present in the dataset listed at point 2 and retry
