After the change on IP address of eapi.broadcom.com from 192.19.232.182 to 141.202.0.16 you performed on 11 March, we had to change our firewall rules to let traffic go from our z/OS system to 141.202.0.16.
But today running exactly the old JCL, just with IP address change, the jobs receive this error:
GIM69195S ** RECEIVE PROCESSING HAS FAILED. THE SERVER AT https://141.202.0.16/receiveorder DETECTED AN ERROR: 404 - Not Found.
Another symptom of this is during the connection to https://eapi.broadcom.com/receiveorder it will fail as follows with an S222:

ventory" content="all" waitTime="NOLIMIT"
Connection failed.
Connection attempt: 1
Will retry connection to the order server in 1 minute.

Will retry connection to the order server in 1 minute.
Connection failed.
Etc.

The relationship between 141.202.0.16 and the DNS name of eapi.broadcom.com was not defined.
Define the relationship between 141.202.0.16 and eapi.broadcom.com via TCPIP IPNODES parameters.
