This indicates there is gap between the event data seen in the latest RPT70 file from your CA7 scheduler, and the last events in the AAI database.
This can occur if the CA7 RPT70 files are not sent or receive for a period of time due to a network or other environmental issue.
This warning indicates there will be some missing CA7 data, but AAI will process new data from the latest RPT70 files.
When there is a gap you may see missing jobstream runs, Alerts triggered unexpectedly when events start updating again, and other unexpected behavior.
