Multiple incident Rule IDs have the same Rule Name

Issue/Introduction

While reviewing the Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) incident rules it is noted that the same Rule Name applies to several Rule IDs.

This is a cosmetic issue which the engineering team is aware of and will resolve in a future build.

Additional Information

Multiple incident rules may look for the same behavior, however each incident rule looks at a different method of performing said behavior.
