Alerts Being Generated For Server No Longer Being Monitored/ removed

Issue/Introduction

We have a server that was decommissioned but we are still getting probe alerts.

Why are we still seeing alerts?

Environment

Release : DX UIM 20.4*/23.4*

Component : UIM - Robot

Cause

Robot is still active with it's probe and is not under the expected secondary hub

Resolution

Use the pu command below to validate if the robot is reachable

..\Nimsoft\bin\pu.exe -u administrator -p <password>  -H <robotips> -P 48000

If the command returns the output, shutdown/remove the robot instance while the server is in the decommission process.

pu: Failed to read a valid probe_crypto_mode from controller. Assuming pre-FIPS and using TWO_FISH
