Your proxy is secured so it requires a userid and password which are evidently no longer valid for many users. You could check with your network admin on this because only they would know the valid userids and password for each CSM user. In CSM the proxy userid and password is defined under settings, user settings, software acquisition:
This is where the userid and password for the proxy should be updated followed by clicking apply.
