Not able to get list of Global Admins when the Global Admins are members of an LDAP/AD.

Issue/Introduction

Advanced Authentication lists Global Admins that are in the Advanced Authentication database but fails to list the Global Admins that are members of the LDAP/AD. Refer to KB article #130773 (https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article?articleId=130773) to find how to get the list of Global Admins in Advanced Authentication. 

Cause

This is a bug in Advanced Authentication. Engineering Defect DE531872 has been filed and Engineering working on this issue.  No ETA for a fix is known by the publish date of May  27th, 2022.

Resolution

Engineering is engaged to fix this issue via Engineering case #DE531872.
