Objects Have Been Disassociated from Partition

Issue/Introduction
All the Clarity objects where untied/unassociated from their partition.
Only 1 partition exists.
When a partition is deactivated, the object attributes shift to the default System partition.
Another cascading effect is that configured views are lost.
Environment
Any Clarity version/environment can be affected.
Resolution
Check which user deactivated the partition model that had association with Projects, Resources and other objects being actively used in the system.
Query the odf_custom_attributes.last_updated_by to find out who the user is.
The only resolution is to restore from a known good database backup.
