Linux harvester "/opt/CA/NFA/Netflow/datafiles does not exist" error pointing to wrong directory

Data not flowing from a Linux Harvester

Harvester-wrapper.log show errors like this:

INFO   | jvm 1    | 2022/03/13 09:37:01 | 9:37:01 AM - [INFO    ] - Directory /opt/CA/NFA/Netflow/datafiles does not exist, attempting to create it and all parent directories...
INFO   | jvm 1    | 2022/03/13 09:37:01 | 9:37:01 AM - [SEVERE  ] - Could not create directory: /opt/CA/NFA/Netflow/datafiles

However, the directory named in the error is NOT the directory where the Harvester files are installed

If there are problems accessing the Harvester's data drive when the Harvester service is started, this error may occur. Even after the drive problems are corrected, the Harvester service will continue to attempt to access the directory until the next time that the harvester services are recycled.
