arcotwebfort.log rollover fails when file name contains Non-English characters

Issue/Introduction

By default, the arcotwebfort.log file name contains English characters.

The log rollover fails when arcotwebfort.log file name contains "Non-English characters" and the language used in the file name is "Hebrew".

Resolution

Our recommendation is to apply the patch Symantec-AdvAuth-DE521305-DevPatch to resolve the issue. Patch can be downloaded from the KB article as well.
