I have some problem in CA Service Point, about searching for knowledge with specific words in Thai language.
Sometimes, I found knowledge document but I sometimes didn't find it.
I already configured Parse Settings in Administration -> Knowledge -> Search -> Parse Settings -> Language was Other Far East.
I would like to know how to improve searching with Thai language.
