Roadmap does not download to PDF with widgets

Issue/Introduction

The Roadmap Timeline does not download to PDF when widgets exist

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a roadmap
2. Add a few investments (ideas and projects)
3. Sync Roadmap
4. Add widgets such as capital cost, operating cost, total cost, and roadmap costs (pie chart)
5. Mark Show Roadmap Events = yes for today, roadmap start, and roadmap finish
6. Select export to PDF

Expected Result: PDF downloads

Actual Result: PDF does not download and returns EXP-01000 error

In logs we see:

  message='Timeout 100000ms exceeded.

Environment

Release : 16.0.1

Resolution

• The timeout of 100 sec should typically be enough to export to PDF and does not need an increase.
• Re-do a Sync of the Roadmap to fix the issue
