Clarity Import Integration Mapping Job is not completing

Issue/Introduction

While configuring the OOB Clarity Connections - Rally Integrations, after setting up the credentials required in the integration object instance you run the Clarity Import Integration Mapping job and the log shows the following error:

Rally Integration Mapping attribute Id is not available for the Integration Mapping
Exception while fetching TypeDefinition from Rally.org.apache.http.client.ClientProtocolException: Unexpected response status: 404
Exception while import integration mappings for Rally Integration
org.apache.http.client.ClientProtocolException: Unexpected response status: 404

Resolution

Check Rally user profile access rights. User will need Rally Workspace Admin rights to run the out of box Clarity Connections jobs, Import Integration Mapping and Synchronized Mapped Information.
