Deployment Validation Error: Parameter has no value

Issue/Introduction

When running a deployment it fails with "Validation Errors" in the Pre-Deployment phase. The "Validation Errors" show: Parameter : [EnvironmentParameterProcess/Server Type 1/Test/EnvParameterTest] in step [TestEnvParams] has no value

Cause

This will happen when an Environment Parameter is used by a step/process in a deployment and the Environment Parameter has not been assigned a value. 

Resolution

Provide the values to the Environment Parameters defined in the Migration component, as described here: Configure Environment Parameters
