Jaspersoft Report Error: Cannot refresh the report in Jaspersoft Studio

Clarity PPM SaaS


I am able to connect the server to studio but when I try to run a report I am asked credentials and nothing seems to work here.


Release : 16.0.0

Component : Clarity Jaspersoft


1) Please select the report you like to modify

2) Download the report to your "workspace" 

3) Rename the Report

4) Select the JRXMl

5) Make the changes

Note: Before running the report please create the JDBC Adapter

Setup JDBC Adapter

6) Save the report

7) Publish the report
