Unable to play videos on espn.com when going through Web Isolation Cloud

Issue/Introduction

Error "This video is either unavailable or not supported in this browser" is displayed when clicking the play button on the site. 

 

Cause

This is a result of a bug running Web Isolation Gateway 1.15.72 and below. 

Resolution

Web Isolation Gateway needs to be upgraded to 1.15.72 and above. 

Workaround is to render site with Grid Rendering Mode.
