The following "Invalidating Session" warning messages are repetitively occurring in Identity Portal server log.

What are they? Does these warning messages have any impacts?

'Invalidating session' is a function to check if the session is invalid. A new session will go through this 'invalidating session' process. The WARN "Invalidating session" messages are expected and there is no impact.
