Unable to run the prod web service url

Issue/Introduction

When copying my WSDL url from APM to AssetTrack, it doesn't work.  I get:

This page isn't working

If problem continues, contact the site owner

The URL I'm using is:

http://<hostname>:99/APIService/Gen/BAAAAAA/C/Service.svc/basic

Environment

Release : 17.3

Component : ITAM - Web Server

Resolution

The solution was to change the URL being used with AssetTrack:

• From “/C/” to “/D/”
• Remove “/basic” from the end of the URL string
