OC "cabi/api/server info 503" on Home, Dashboard and Reports pages

Issue/Introduction

Attempting to access OC Home, Dashboard and Reports pages display CA Business Intelligence (CABI) component is needed

Browser's developer tool captured the following error:  "cabi/api/server info  503" on Home, Dashboard and Reports pages

The wasp.log captures the error below
Unable to initialize cabi probe client: Unable to communicate with any of the possible cabi probes: cabi,cabi_external

Environment

Release : 20.3 ,20.4

Component : UIM - CABI

Cause

Required UIM ports are not opened between the OC and CABI systems

Resolution

Ensure that UIM and HTTPS/HTTPS ports are open between the OC and CABI. Use telnet or similar tool to validate that ports are opened.
