The Process Automation (ITPAM) connectors for CA Service Desk Manager (SDM) are available on the ITPAM install DVD.

What about the connectors for Exchange, SCCM, Hyper-V, etc.?

1. Can they be downloaded somewhere?

2. Are additional licenses needed?

Starting in ITPAM 4.4, the connectors are downloaded separately from the PAM product install page (support login credentials required)

One will find "CA Process Automation 4.4 Connectors for CA products.iso".  The file will contain the "CA Process Automation Connector for CA Service Desk Manager" package.
