LRF Re-compilation requirements on subschema changes

Issue/Introduction

The changes in the subschema is done in adding a new keyword for a path group. Are all the programs associated with the subschema be compiled or only the programs that uses the keyword/path group be compiled?

Resolution

Only the dialogs which use the new path keyword must be recompiled
