Does the Data Feed API feature include the full email in the data feed?
If not, can it be configured to do so?

The Data Feed API feature does not include the full email in the data feed. Only extended logs, header metadata, and analytics information is included. Not the full email.
Data Feed API cannot be configured to pull the full email in the data feed.
