Issue/Introduction

This document discusses the sequence of stopping tasks to shut down the MTC-A component.  

 

Environment

OPS/MVS MAINFRAME TEAM CENTER AUTOMATION

Resolution

Here is the suggested order of shutting down.

1. TOMCOPS.      
2. ZMSSTART.
3. ZMSHUB.
4. ESMPROC.

NOTE: Above order is fine as long as TOMCAT hosting MTC-A and all of the Message Service Servers that are connected to the Message Service Hub are shut down before the hub itself is shut down.
