Steps to perform:
Turn OFF the PAM appliance
Reseat the far right PSU
Turn ON the appliance and test.
If the same issue persist turn OFF the appliance and remove the PSU/s
Swap PSU/s and test
If the replaced PSU shows bad we have to replace it.
