Resolution

Steps to perform: 

  1. Turn OFF the PAM appliance
  2. Reseat the far right PSU 
  3. Turn ON the appliance and test.
  4. If the same issue persist turn OFF the appliance and remove the PSU/s 
  5. Swap PSU/s and test
  6. If the replaced PSU shows bad we have to replace it.
