Steps to perform:
- Turn OFF the PAM appliance
- Reseat the far right PSU
- Turn ON the appliance and test.
- If the same issue persist turn OFF the appliance and remove the PSU/s
- Swap PSU/s and test
- If the replaced PSU shows bad we have to replace it.
