Environment

Release : 21.0.2 and 12.3  Component : SAP Agent

Cause

The configuration file is corrupted, mostly the inconsistency concerns the [GLOBAL] section.

Resolution

The INI file of this agent must be corrupted.

Please review it carefully, look for special characters, check if the EOL format suits with the current environment Linux or Windows.

If you are not sure to have identified the origin of the problem, take the original file from the installation package and configure it again carefully .

Additional Information

Possibly other types of Agent are concerned in the same way by this kind of problem. This has not been tested so far.
