Getting error ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID when connecting to the server

Issue/Introduction

When trying to connect to the Security Analytics appliance via a Chrome browser, the following message is being displayed.

 

Cause

The browser does not trust the certificate authority that signed the server certificate.

Resolution

The certificate authority that signed the server certificate also needs to be imported in the Chrome browser.  Once the browser has the correct certificate authority in the chain, it will recognize the server certificate and allow access to the graphical user interface.
