We are soon implementing View 14.0 PTF LU01858, which will bring about the condition "SARBCL02  User not authorized to access sysout", when users use a SARBCH print or load function.  

We will also be implementing SARINIT FEATURE=19 to bypass the condition in our environment.

Resolution

The purpose of View 14.0 PTF LU01858 is to provide tighter security regarding permitting users (human or non-human) to be able to do the various PRINT and LOAD functions of SARBCH regardless of what their online mode type designation(s) (ALL/EXPO/EXP/SARO/SAR/JOB) would allow. 

The adjustment was to View's basic security, that allowed by the SARINIT DEFMODE settings, and not in regards to the SARINIT SECURITY=... setting.

The PTF was created for those situations, where you can use SARINIT FEATURE=19 should you want to bypass those new basic security checks.  

After applying LU01858 the users will be able to perform the print and load actions only for the reports to which they have access:

 . If the user has access to ALL mode, they are allowed to access all the reports
   collected by View and processed to View by Deliver.                                 

 . If the user has access to SARO mode, they are allowed to access all the reports that are collected by View.                                       

 . If the user has access to JOB mode, they are allowed to access all the jobs that
   are collected by View, if the JOB record for the job is created.     

 . If the user has access to EXPO mode, user is allowed to access all the reports
   processed to View by Deliver.
