Issue/Introduction

On both of our SAML and non-SAML instances, the user sessions are timing out randomly forcing them to log in multiple times. The SAML session does not time out - just the DXops web session. After re-authentication, the session returns to normal.

This is happening on VPN-connected sessions as well as on site network connected sessions and has been a day 1 issue.

It is impacting the use of wall mounted displays as well as user sessions

Resolution

Engineering fixed the Single Alarm default detailed view open issue and was available in the current SaaS rollout -- March 21st.
