On both of our SAML and non-SAML instances, the user sessions are timing out randomly forcing them to log in multiple times. The SAML session does not time out - just the DXops web session. After re-authentication, the session returns to normal.
This is happening on VPN-connected sessions as well as on site network connected sessions and has been a day 1 issue.
It is impacting the use of wall mounted displays as well as user sessions
