PPM-002 error in AC configuration for Processes probe

Issue/Introduction

When accessing the process probe normal configuration there is a window that pops up with error messages as shown on the screenshot below.

The Raw configuration works fine, but there is an issue while accessing the probe configuration GUI interface in adminConsole.

Release : 20.4

Component : UIM - PPM

Cause

Error Code: PPM-002

Internal Server error: Unexpected/Unknown error occurred

Resolution

Disable IP Validation in the hub.cfg:

- Navigate to the <nimsoft>\hub folder.

- Edit the hub.cfg file

- Change the following parameter: ignore_ip = yes 

- Restart the hub and test
