ITPAM cluster node fails to start with error "Failed to verify whether DDL was adjusted by master node"

Issue/Introduction

After installing the cluster node, service fails to start with below error in c2o.log file:
WARM [com.optinuity.c2o.server.ServerController] [Initialization] Failed to verify whether DDL was adjusted by master node
java.rmi.ConnectException: Connection refused to host:XXXXXXXXXX; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection timed out

Cause

Windows Firewall service is enabled in Orchestrator nodes. The rmi port 1098 is not enabled in Firewall configuration.

Resolution

Allow the port 1098 under Inbound and Outbound rules in all the Orchestrator nodes and restart the Orchestrator service in all the nodes.
