UIM - Difference in 95% percentile calculation between versions

Issue/Introduction

Observed difference in the 95% percentile calculation in UIM 20.4 in PRD portlet compared to earlier UIM versions like 20.1

Resolution

Verified some discrepancy exists in 95% percentile calculations between UIM versions

This will be rectified in the upcoming monthly patch. 

Next cumulative update on OC is planned towards end of April (tentative)
