EEM iGateway 4.7 is not starting

Issue/Introduction

Installed EEM(EEMServer_12.6.0.5_win64) on a windows server.

Installed a PCKS#12 certificate in the \Apps\CA\SC\iTechnology directory, used a config tool to encrypt the password and tried restarting the igateway service and it is not starting and showing below message. 

igateway.log is showing following error messages.

[8760] 03/09/22 21:11:36 FATAL :: Server::startReceivers : unable to start server 
[8760] 03/09/22 21:11:36 ERROR :: Server::start : Receivers didnot get started as expected 
[8760] 03/09/22 21:11:36 FATAL :: main: Server failed to start

Resolution

After using the new certificate and new password the EEM iGateway 4.7 service is starting successfully.
