Issue/Introduction

Release : 6.4.2-1

Component : AUTOMIC AUTOMATION INTELLIGENCE INSIGHT

Resolution

This can occur if the Insight installation cannot connect to the AAI API endpoints during installation.

We found that the AAI database was not setup yet therefore, AAI was not fully functional yet.

 

It is advised to only start the Insight installation once AAI is fully up and running as per the installation guide below:

After ensuring that you have the AAI server, AAI databases installed and ready, get a list of all parameters you will need for the installation. See Pre-Installation Checklist for the Reporting Server.

 

To resolveuninstall Insight, and once AAI is all setup, the installation attempt can be made again and should install properly.
