Issue/Introduction

Can the ACF2 ACF01032 message be shown in the console SYSLOG?

Release : 16.0

Component : ACF2 for z/OS

Resolution

The ACF01032 message is only issued to the end user at logon time and an SMF record is cut. The only way to output this message to the console(SYSLOG) would be through an ACF2 exit such as the System Entry Validation Postprocessing Exit (SEVPOST) where you can inspect and modify a system entry validation (SEV) request after the validation has been performed and possibly issue a message to the SYSLOG.
