SUMMARY: Jobs get stuck if there is disruption in database connection
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Login to Clarity and schedule few jobs and process
As the jobs are running, try to disrupt the connectivity between clarity app server and database for few seconds
Expected Result: As soon as connectivity is restored clarity should resume the job
Actual Result: Jobs are stuck in Processing and we see error in the bg-ca.log
