We are seeing repeating errors in $CASHCOMP/iTechnology/igateway.log that look similar to the following...

03/10/22 20:19:49 ERROR :: SponsorConfigLoader::loadSponsorConfig : unable to load sponsor configuration from conf file [ filename : igateway - Copy.conf ]


The igateway utility will attempt to read in any file with the .conf extension that is in the iTechnology directory. If the file does not contain a valid sponsor configuration, or it contains configuration details that are duplicate,  it will result in repeating errors regarding the file(s) in the igateway.log.

If you make backup copies of any .conf files in the iTechnology directory during changes, make sure the copies are either moved out of the iTechnology directory, or do not end with the .conf extension. For example, use the filename.conf.bk format.
