Issue/Introduction

When accessing Agencies, Contracts or Control Accounts, instead of displaying the menu,

It instead displays the error : Error 501 - Not Implemented

In one reported case study, the following error is reported in the APP log after upgrade to 16.0.1:

Cause

The Earned Value Management Add-in is no longer supported.

 

Environment

Release : 16.0.1

 

Resolution

This is reported as DE64538.

Workaround

Option 1: If EVMS objects are no longer required or needed, XOG out the information.

Option 2:
Review the installation folders created from the upgrade installation.

1. Make a copy of the current Clarity install folder.
2. Copy the clarity_15.9.3.740\META-INF\evms folder to the current installation \evms folder.
3. Copy the clarity_15.9.3.740\lib\evms.jar file to the current installation \lib folder
4. Copy all evms_*.properties files from the clarity_15.9.3.740\resource folder to the current installation\resource folder.
5. Restart the APP services
