The Clarity project gets created however the following warnings are observed when Xogging in the XML input project template to create new projects using XOG client.

XOG-3923: Entity Code is read-only the value X Group will be ignored.
OBS association has been updated according to financial information.
2) XOG-3912: XOG user does not have Approval right for objects of type Project; status of PR111112 remains unchanged.

Lookup Value (x_group) for attribute: partition_code Is Invalid

Release : 16.0.0
Component : Clarity XOG and REST API
Further analysis and workaround for the above warning messages:
1) XOG-3923: Entity Code is read-only: the XML input file has a defined entity tag and as entity is read only in Clarity, so once created it cannot be changed. This is a warning that the entity code is read-only and will be ignored. As a workaround you can remove the entity tag from the input file or you will have the warning.
2) XOG-3912: XOG user does not have Approval right for objects of type Project: The XOG user does not have Approval right for objects of type Project. This error is caused by fields that require a value when the project is created. Go to Clarity > Administration > Studio and navigate to the project create property page view, inspect which fields are set as required and update the input file as needed.
3) Lookup Value (x_group) for attribute: partition_code Is Invalid: The user does not belong to any partitions. Login with the same user and go to Administration > Lookup and open the lookup, go to Browse Window Tab and click on "preview", if no results are returned with the same user, if user does not belong to any partitions (like x_group). For workaround, temporarily add the user to the partition and see the partitions and remove the user from the partition after testing. Try this and execute again the Xog XML template new project with "x_group" partition. You should not see the Warning: Lookup Value (x_group) for attribute: partition_code Is Invalid.
