Windows agents cpu numbers are always 0

AutoSys load balancing number are always showing 0 for one host.
CAUAJM_I_10258 Machine <server1>: Method <CPU monitor>. Available usage <0*[1.00]=0>.

Resolution
If performance statistics are disabled on the Windows host that can cause the issue.
Please run this as administrator in Powershell to confirm:
Get-Counter '\Processor(_Total)\% Processor Time'
Work with the Windows SystemAdmin to enable the statistics as needed.
