Risk Vector drillthrough from an entity page returns no results

Issue/Introduction

When viewing the Risk Rating section in an entity's detail page in Information Centric Analytics (ICA), some Risk Vectors display a score greater than zero and show a change since yesterday, indicating there should be one or more associated incidents or events. However, if you click on the risk vector's name to drillthrough to the underlying events, no events are displayed.
