Issue/Introduction

The following error is generated when installing PTF LU00760 for Vantage 14.0 or when installing the base Vantage 14.1 FMID when running under z/OS 2.2: 

IEW2456E 9207 SYMBOL nftw64 UNRESOLVED.  MEMBER COULD NOT BE INCLUDED FROM THE DESIGNATED CALL LIBRARY. 
                           THE RETURN CODE (08) EXCEEDED THE ALLOWABLE VALUE.

The following additional error is also generated for a Vantage 14.1 (FMID) install: 

GIM23901E ** LINK-EDIT PROCESSING FOR SYSMOD CCTUE10 FAILED FOR MODULE VNGQUUNX  IN THE CCTULOAD

Cause

z/OS 2.2 does not support the element CELQS003 from the 'SCEELIB' library that is required for PTF LU00760 or Vantage 14.1 (FMID). 

Resolution

Users installing PTF LU00760 for Vantage 14.0, or else installing base Vantage 14.1 (FMID install) and who are running on z/OS 2.2 will need to upgrade to a higher level of supported z/OS.
