Issue/Introduction

Hi,

During the time shift (In the night of November 6th and 7th 2021), all users were unable to connect to the VPN when using the OTP code. This problem was already diagnosed in a past ticket in collaboration with our specialist .The solution proposed by Broadcom at this time was to migrate our environment AA et IDM to a further version.

So we migrated our environment, and it is functional since October 10th with theses version (AA 9.1.1.64 - IDM 14.4.0 210221), but we still had a downtime of one hour caused by the time shift. 

Is it possible to help us investigate why we still had a downtime during the time shift?

Resolution

There was a fix provided in the past to address this issue but this was done only for Linux environment and it was not generalized for other environments. We have prepared a fix to address this in Windows Environment as well and it will be part of the 9.1.03 ( 9.1 SP3) version releasing soon. The patch is uploaded in this KB article and if there are any questions, please reach out to Support.
