An issue was found where the Time Zone setting from the AWI would not be applied to the Message Window. Other views like the 'Execution' list would show the expected timestamps.
This happens only in newly created clients.
Steps to reproduce
* create a new client
* create a user for that client
* do not assign a time zone to the just created user or client
* login to the newly create client
* set a time zone with max. 6 characters in the name within the AWI settings
* logout - login again
=> check hat there's no time difference between 'Executions' and message window by running a dummy job
* set a time zone with 8 characters in the name within the AWI settings
* logout - login again
=> check hat there's a time difference between 'Executions' and message window by running a dummy job
