Admin Console will not logon with http status 408 received

Issue/Introduction

Upgraded to 20.4.

adminconsoleapp 20.4 works, after login get the http status 408 - with a timeout message.

Followed this article, deleted wasp etc, and re-installed, but get the same error

Release : UIM 20.4

Component :admin console

Resolution

Reinstalled again, just wasp and adminconsoleapp and cleared cache on all browsers, then installed uimhome app which resolved the issue
