Issue/Introduction

We have Installed EEM (EEMServer_12.6.0.5_win64) on a windows server.

We installed a new PCKS#12 certificate which get installed good and EEM services are starting good. But we are unable to login to the EEM UI after the install of new certificate. 

 

 

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Component : Integration with APM

Resolution

While trouble shooting the issue with EEM service start up, we have changed the localhost to server hostname in igateway.conf file. We stopped the EEM services and made the following changes. We change back to localhost and restarted the EEM services. This time we are able to login to the EEM UI successfully.
