Issue/Introduction

How to order a PTF and its prereqs + coreqs for download from the Broadcom Support portal

Resolution

1. Log on to support.broadcom.com

2. Enter the PTF number in the search box.  Example: LU03796

3. Look for Solutions, and Solution ID: ptf number.  Click on the highlighted solution description.

4. Scroll down to Solution Downloads, and check the Download box.

5. Click on 'Download Selected' at top of page 

6. Turn on 'Do you want a complete package for all?',  fill in a date if applicable, and select 'Start Download' to select the download method.

A .zip file will be created and downloaded.
